Yeah it looked like a magic trick or something. Then there's that guy who looks like a security guy. I'm thinking "he must be going to help her out". But then he ignores her as well. It's almost like everyone was expecting it or something or she really did go through a trap door that's why nobody is concerned.
Mebbe she thought that Bosnian sniper that tried to bump off Hitlery had her in his sights, so she hit the deck.

She looked like she went straight down. Usually when someone faints they kind of go off to the side, or their head goes back. But she just went zip, out of sight. Like you said the guy came over and it looked like he was going to help her, but then he walks away also. Very weird actually, the whole scene.
