You need to take this a step further. You’re still including government. How about every business owner has the right to decide how HIS bathrooms, in HIS place of business, on HIS property are to be regulated?*

It’s that whole “freedom” thing the Left finds so confining.

*or HER business, of course.

Exactly right. It doesn’t seem that hard to me.

Trump can do what he wants. The scary thing is that I have a hard time imagining he doesn’t know where his women customers draw the line. I think maybe women don’t really care if men who are attracted to women are using their bathroom, at least enough to matter as a business decision. That means we are pretty darn far gone as a culture.

Yes. I didn’t think it through. It’s a business decision based on private property. I have often made that case on similar but different topics. I failed to carry the thought through on this transgender bathroom issue, but I should have. Neither federal nor state nor local government should have a law one way or the other. The business should decide, and should take the consequences for making any poor decisions.
