Legislatively, yes. The president will have no authority over this issue, nor should he have.

However, I was, for 24 hours, so upset that Trump said this that I posted that I would not be voting, and Jim deleted those couple of posts.

I have returned to a focus of the Big Picture and back to fully supporting Trump, but the thought that a guy could say: It's ok for you to choose your bathroom - as the father of a 17 year old daughter, that is a statement that boggles my mind on multiple levels.

I don’t like it either, but it is a State issue...it is not up to the President or President elect to make this decision and as a business man, Trump said it like that, if he had said no one could use the restrooms in his buildings that weren’t ‘male’ or ‘female’ they could sue him...

He isn’t the President yet, so what he says is coming from his business man way...

It is a nothing burger, if States want to allow this, and stores want to allow this, boycott the stores, and write your Gov. and let them know how you feel, will it do any good, it hasn’t done a thing here in Utah...
