I looked into this over the weekend. There are 10 delegates awarded for winning (by a plurality) in the state. Another three are awarded for each of the 9 congressional districts (27). Three more are termed "party" delegates and the remaining delegates are considered "bonus" delegates.

From all that I've read, all these delegates are bound to vote for the winner of the state (or the CD) on the first ballot.

However, just like in many other states, it gets complicated after the first ballot and party insiders are indeed able to manipulate the process to steer delegates to the candidate of their choice.

This is why it is so important for Trump to win this on the first ballot so we can avoid all the subsequent hijinks and parlor tricks.

But essentially, if Trump wins the state, he'll have 30 delegates plus 3 for each CD he wins.

The rules for the convention have not yet been written. Anything can happen with the GOPe writing the “rules”.
