Wow that’s something. Problem is on a story like this without an eye or ear witness that is “named” it really will go nowhere.

I only read the editor message you posted. Yesterday mention was made of the waitress seeking legal advice before she would come forward (officially, I guess). Don’t recall if that’s in the article.
