likely just another staged photo op like the one with the kid yesterday who told Teddy off and Ted spouted off at the child something like, “Respect me, I am Ted the elder (LDS?), you should get a spanking” type of stuff.
Ted thinks will sell him to the people in Indiana.

Now my guess is that these guys were probably paid to look like protestors... Ted saw Trump get a big boost in California from the rioters... and thought... hey I could set up a more controlled “confrontation” that would give me a bump too...
