Reminds me of a deer hunt many years ago.
I was deer hunting in northern Minnesota. It was one of those days where the only things you saw or heard were pine squirrels. They are loud, they are obnoxious and they are relentless.
As the sun was almost set and I was preparing to go off stand and head for the truck, Mr. Red decided to give me one last noisy scolding.
That tore it. Pulled the S@W Mod 66 357 with the 4 inch barrel, hit the tip of his nose (one handed) and he literally exploded.
True story.

Re “Inciting a riot is a misdemeanor”?
Hey, this is California. We’re lucky it is a criminal offense at all.
Look at what they didn’t do in Ferguson Missouri’s riots. No one charged with inciting a riot, crossing state lines to incite a riot, conspiracy to commit violence (and by crossing state lines), etc.
Wait until there is a Republican president, whoever it will be. There’s gonna be a new sheriff in town and a whole lot of crap is going to come down on the left’s ass (because we are going to have an Attorney General who enforces the law, not pick and choose which ones to ignore).

The IRS is too busy losing emails and harassing conservative tax exempt groups.

I wonder why this article says it was an “anti-Trump” protester.
Why wasn’t that a Cruz supporter or Kasich supporter?
Or a Clinton or Sanders supporter?
Never mind. I think I know.

Don’t count on it if it’s Cruz....he supported the BLM crowd during the protests in Chicago.

We’ve gone full on third world elections, full on intimidation tactics by the uncivil illegal invaders pouring over the open border that Barry opened the spigot on. Disgraceful and Treason on it’s face.

Others kicked at and punched approaching vehicles, shouting expletives. Ranchera and hip-hop music was blasted throughout the streets. At least 17 people were arrested. Charges against the others are still pending.Alarcon remains in Orange County jail in lieu of $20,000 bail, according to jail records.

They need to be sent to Cuba or Russia, where they can have all the Communism their darkened hearts desire.

That wall idea is nice and all, but if they aren’t doing interior enforcement, and removing this vermin, then it doesn’t matter.

But he doesn’t read or write English.
I’m guessing not too much Spanish, either.

Excellent. Full restitution of the damaged car and jail time seems appropriate.

“Hey, this is California. Were lucky it is a criminal offense at all.”
Also charged with felony vandalism, punishable by three years in jail.

Oh, so an illegal who works at the car wash. A while back, a local Classy Chassis had a crew of Mexicans - they actually did the job right and didn't do carp like leaning over the car with an exposed belt buckle and scratching things up.
Not trying to support the illegals - they all need to be sent packing - just pointing out that some have a work ethic so much better than "citizens" who can't do better than to work at a car wash.

Many of them definitely have the work ethic. No doubt. And the car wash is often one of the entry level jobs for new illegals. That’s how I put 2 and 2 together.
