Somebody posted on our INdiana threads yesterday that Cruz was on Chuck Todd’s and crying? I can’t find that.

I did not see that.

All I read was that Cruz would not answer Chuck’s question...I saw part of the interview, but the sound of Cruz’s voice was just too irritating to continue to listen

I doubt he was crying, too arrogant to do that

Cruz could NOT say he would not follow Donald if nominated because that would unbound his delegates.
Neither does he want to say he would support him because he is in his mind still in a race.

He to be honest was not able to answer the Todd question.

NYRepublican posted earlier that the polls close at 6:00 pm Central, 7:00 pm Eastern. That's an hour earlier then when I planned to park in front of my TV. Thought I should share here as well in case there are others out there like me planning on 8:00 pm Eastern. I don't want to be late for the returns coming in!

That is correct, but just to add a detail, hopefully to dispel possible confusion on the assumption that Indiana is in the eastern time zone. Indiana has mixed time zones ...

Indiana polls close early -- 6 p.m. -- but 6 p.m comes an hour later in the dozen western counties that are in the central time zone.

Along those lines, the pollster himself admitted doubts a few days ago.

Downs, a political science professor at Indiana University-Purdue University Fort Wayne, said he had some skepticism about what the small sample size showed.

"We can all be wrong one time out of 20," he said about the polling process.

"This is much more likely to be that one time than not."
