Precomposed speeches for sure, this is not stump or off the cuff. Too flowery, complex sentence structure, etc. So far, trite platitudes.

I’m on the island of St.Kitts at a coffee shop getting free wifi so I can catch up to this EXCELLENT news!!!!

OUr cruise ship only had CNN and they were apoplectic......so I knew it had to be GOOD NEWS!!!
