It is painful to listen to Rush as he tries to twist himself into a human pretzel.

When Rush sometimes exhibits a cognitive dissonance I tend to let it go because he, like the parents I grew up with, abused drugs and such people always have lasting effects from their addictions and sometimes they’re obvious.
Yet even when the man was on Oxy, Rush was still head and shoulders above the best sober Democrat.
