It doesn’t matter whether Cruz can get to 1237, IF Trump also fails to get 1237. It then goes to additional ballots, wherein more and more delegates are free to vote for whomever they want.
If it does go to a second ballot, the votes won't go to a greasy fumbletw*t like Cruz. He is now even hated by Conservatives. They'll vote for jeb! or lyin Ryan. There is no path for Cruz to the Presidency at this point. None. You're delusional if you think otherwise, and I say this as someone who was a big supporter of his when he announced.
