I don’t know what a “Sheldon Silver” is. He was practically a household name in NY for about the last one hundred years.
One of the three most powerful men in the state government. Exercised veto power over everything. Took the taxpayers for incalculable sums of money. Became a multi-millionaire as a result of his state job.
