Yep, and I’ll bet he’ll say “because it’s the right thing to do.” The First a*****e has yet to explain which Constitutional power of the presidency empowers him or anyone else to decide for every citizen what is the "Right Thing to do..."
And the Congress solely has the power to make laws that need to be enforced.
