Just in: @TedCruz is ending his presidential campaign, campaign manager Jeff Roe tells me.
Years from now we will look back and finally realize we lived through a bloodless American revolution where both majority political parties were defeated.
He better get working on his Senate campaign. That’s one that’s iffy, now...
Nah, Cruz will do fine in Texas. He is well-liked by enough voters and top state leadership, plus he will be the incumbent. This run for President has raised his profile within the state. There will not be a challenger who is strong enough to beat him when the senate election rolls around in 2 years. The standard for senator is much less stringent than the standard for president. His seat is safe imo.

Trump is the only one that is for America and the American people. Both U.S. Parties Republican and Democrat party = the uni-party as both (all of them including Cruz) have allowed government to grow and China to steal our U.S. productive power namely most of our factories and industries.

I was leaning toward Cruz in the beginning, then he did some stupid things and lost my interest in him. Now that he shows that he is an adult and has bowed out I have regained my respect for him. He would be a good choice for SCOTUS.

Maybe so. I think he reacted emotionally to Trump taking a shot at his father. Which was exactly what Trump intended, he wanted to throw Ted off, rattle him in hopes that he'd make a mistake on the day of a critical primary. Trump didn't get the full meltdown he hoped for, but he got a blown gasket or two.
On the downside, no Ted endorsement for Donald is likely. On the upside, wait until he starts using these tricks on Hillary. There will be tears. Delicious tears!

Same here. I had to steady my hand today as I pressed the button next to `Donald Trump’. Usually by the time they get to us, Hoosiers feel like red-headed step kids, the GOP big bugs already done did decided fer us: McCain, Romney, buhh.
