One of the myths of 2012 election was conservative sat on their hands and didn’t vote...

Mittens got more votes than McStain...

Romney lost because of voter fraud...no doubt...

Him dropping out was highly unlikely as well, though I really think it was a monetary reality now. The backers basically told him if he did not win Indiana their support was gone.

Therefore, I think he must, if he wants to keep his political career. Otherwise, he will become hated by the majority of those that now support him.

It most likely will not come right away, but by convention time I think he will.

I also predict that Trump will lay accolades upon him telling him that he ran a very good campaign, because Trump knows that he now has to bring the party together to defeat the Democrat candidate.

You are absolutely right...but in this situation, rather than finishing them off, we need to extend the olive branch.

If I could vote for McCain, I guess I can vote for Trump.... but, it will be VERY DISGUSTING for me.

With any luck, I'll be away from home that week.

I expected no less! :-)

But Trump is doing the right thing. Paying respect to Cruz’ toughness. Heartfelt I think.

But Trump is smart. He understands he can’t go far enough left to do without Cruz voters. Some of his supporters can’t wrap their arms around that.
