Trump says that crafting an Israeli-Palestinian peace deal is going to be tough. I think crafting a Trump supporters-Cruz supporters peace deal may be even tougher.

It'll be tough, but the process isn't a "make a deal" process. The optics changed for everybody when Cruz dropped out. There is going to be a turbulent period, disorientation as people adjust to a different contest. At the same time, Trump has approximately the same ultimate goal, get the presidency, and do that job as he envisions it.

He needs to share that vision, as well as how he (at least roughly) intends to get 'er done. Some past Cruz supporters will come to accept that, and I suspect a few current Trump supporters will turn sour on him before November.

I don't see any way for Trump to "personally" reach out to disaffected Cruz voters. He might be able to reconcile with a few campaign players, but there probably isn't any need to, because there is surplus of that sort of talent, and I don't believe Cruz had locked up any particularly stellar players.
