Looks like Hillary's dance card is getting filled up.

Does her “deposition dance card” trump her “womyn” card....pun intended....?

I’m just hoping we get to watch her doing the BOHICA ... repeatedly.

Just before the convention on July 25. WTF? That means they may not have a report until after the convention.

Hillary’s plan —— let them indict me, I will still win, and on Jan 21 I will pardon myself.

Even if indicted, it would take forever to convict in a trial. If FBI sends referral before the convention, what does it do to the Super Delegates?

Eight weeks starting immediately finishes near the end of June. At least someone whether it’s Judicial Watch or the FBI is finally getting it started.

They could sell tickets and make a fortune. Judicial Watch, AFAIK, has no reason to keep the results secret.

I don’t think Hillary will ever be tried. Nor do I think she’ll be the Democrat’s nominee. The events starting next week and continuing over May, June and possibly the early part of July will force her out of the race.

I have advocated (around here even) the need for a Constitutional amendment regarding presidential pardons. Basically, I believe that all pardons should be reviewed by the Supreme Court (or maybe the Senate), and if even a sizable minority feel that the pardon is not sufficiently ‘arm’s length’ from the president, it can be nullified. Maybe only 40% have to be convinced. This would give people pause who are told to keep their mouths shut until the waning days of the president’s term in office. The president should not have the power to protect himself for prosecution through use of pardons.

In other words the Justice Dept is not going to decide whether to indict her until after the election. Just as I thought. If she’s elected it will be moot since you can’t indict a sitting president without impeachment first. If she loses then they will be all too happy to indict.

Makes sense but the political class will never pass it.

The uproar and anger that develops over the next few months will terminate Hillary’s run. She’ll be unelectable. My guess is that Obama will pardon her in exchange for her withdrawal.

Expect Hillary to be medically retired.

Sorry. I think you mistook me for someone else. Was it Hillary you were channeling? That sounds like something from her. ;-)

That would be very entertaining but I suspect wishful thinking.

We have seen how that works in California. We win an issue at he ballot box through or initiative process and a court overturns it.

They won’t answer questions

Remember the Bill Clinton aid who just got up and walked out of his deposition laughing? I think it might have Stephanoupolis. He got away with it too.

Did you note that Pagliano was on the list to be questioned? He already has immunity. I see this as a damned if they do, damned if they don’t exercise. Being deposed under the jurisdiction of a federal court isn’t a laughing matter.

If they all go in and plead the fifth, it’s going to be a campaign issue. At this point I’ll take anything that further depresses Hillary’s approval ratings.

at least someone is turning up the heat on Clintongate.

LBJ killed JFK to stay out of prison for corruption and murder

Hillary’s only chance of staying in politics and out of jail is to be nominated for President
