Sander’s wife mentioned she hoped the FBI would be finished with the email investigation. She, like the vast majority of Americans, seems to have been spoon fed by the media. Thus they have no clue about the FBI’s investigation into the racketeering which is major part of Clintongate.

There’s going to a lot of shocked people. I wouldn’t be surprised if Hillary’s disapproval numbers grow a lot. Trump will nail Hillary repeatedly on her criminality.

She does have another chance of staying out of jail. That’s to drop out of the race claiming a severe medical problem and wait until after the race and get a pardon from Obama. If he pardons her before the election, she risks her approval imploding.

Notably, the process by which the State Department took possession of Mrs. Clinton and Ms. Abedin’s federal records from the clintonemail.com server was through self-selection by Mrs. Clinton, Ms. Abedin, Ms. Mills and their private counsel," wrote [Judge] Sullivan

Many people seem to be conflating the FBI probe, which could plausibly end up with criminal charges against someone (as, for instance the Patreaus investigation did) , with this case, which is a civil lawsuit brought by Judicial Watch. At most people could be fined or ordered to produce records they have hidden, but not jailed. You can't sue someone into jail.

Specifically:

So, the good news: these are two investigations running completely in parallel. The FBI may be quite pleased to have Judicial Watch going first, and getting a lot more detail out there. The FBI really likes to catch thier supsects in convoluted tales, and create perjury traps, and then charge them with lying, suborning perjury, and conspiracy. For instance the ridiculous Scooter Libby case.

I wouldn’t be unhappy to see Hillary’s aides charged with contempt. I’ve heard of people rhat were jailed indefinitely on contempt charges.

Thank you for clarifying that. It adds perspective to the Clinton’s predicament.

If she’s indicted Obama will pardon her saying “This woman has given her life to the service of this country and she should not be punished for making a mistake than many secretaries of state before her made.”

In other words....if she wins the election the voters were her jury. They were Democrats who approve of her breaking the law. The Republicans should now pick Trump or they are not very smart. The Supreme Court pick is one good reason to pick Trump over Clinton.

That's why the Judical Watch lawsuit is in some ways more important than the FBI investigation. The POTUS has no power to pardon a lawsuit result.

>>I’m just hoping we get to watch her doing the BOHICA ... repeatedly

Or at least the Hokey Pokey.

As in — both feet in a Federal Pokey like the one in Florence.
