Not satire the prison systems around the country are being dictated to by the DOJ and the feds. Tons of federal tax payers money is being flooded into these systems to make it more comfortable and enjoyable for thier guests. NYC mayor douchebag has set aside 650 million for lawsuits brought by by inmates who are incarcerated, a way of redistribution. Come to jail sue the city and have a nice back account when you get out. They truly believe that black men are in jail because they are black and nothing more.
