To promote investing in plants and equipment, Trump would allow companies to write off the purchases the year they're made, rather than over several years, as current law requires. That's ingenious as fast growth will promote more capital equipment expenditure. And companies can get new equipment and replace last gen equipment. Which can be sold on secondary markets for the lower scale business.
