Or he has had a series of small strokes, or developed some other medical problem, resulting in dementia. When he first started exhibiting this bizarre personality change, his family should have insisted on a full medical workup to see if he could be helped. I suspect in this cursed time, this was not done.
And if there is a medical reason for this disturbed behavior and it is treatable, and is treated, Bruce Jennings is going to be a very horrified man when he realizes what he was allowed to do to himself.
