That is Catherine Zeta-Jones. At one time Michael Douglas was dating her and Maureen Dowd at the same time. He ended up marrying-Zeta-Jones. Afterwards some posters came up with a perverse ‘rule’ that every Dowd column posted on FR must be accompanied by pics of Zeta-Jones.
