My question is: Where did the 70 Billion bucks go?
Can it actually be seen as improvements in infrastructure on the island. Are there new roads, nice homes, new water mains, buildings etc.. Or did it just go for welfare payments to the populace for new clothes, cars, rent etc..
I thought that it was a lot. That is huge compared to the cost of living down there.
