Cruz said he would jump back in if he could see a pathway to victory.

Translation: If he can see a way to steal it.

Ted Cruz needs a real tea party challenger in his senate re-election bid. Cruz is a fraud.

Trump needs to campaign like he’s battling Cruz and Kasich - - because he is..

This is not a surprise. IF a person quits they have to release their delegates and then all sorts of other rules take place including paying back any campaign debts that can be delayed a while longer

Happens every election cycle

I'm no expert, but I think that delegate challenges happen before balloting begins. If a Trump delegate here on there is challenged and removed, an alternate delegate will be slated in their place before voting begins.

The exception may be the possible removal of entire state delegations on the charge that an open primary resulted in Democrats selecting the Republican candidate. This was an idea that was floated to try to keep Trump under the threshold to face a second ballot.

Cruz has the right not to release them.

What about my post 31 about convention rule 16? According to a plain reading of that rule, Cruz's delegates are already effectively released because he suspended his campaign.

Speaking time? Great idea! It appears to me that the more people hear Cruz speak, the less they like him.

Depends on the people, I suppose.

As you please. Trump is class. Cruz is trash.

He's always said such nice things about you!

Sorry, I never bit on Cruz bait. Cruz is not eligible and only uneducated people with ulterior motives try to pretend he is.

His eag and Beck’s lips creating suction on his butt are holding him back from doing the right thing and showing he respects the People he had claimed to want to champion...

Cruz will be lucky if he isn’t barred from the convention.

By most people’s standards, I am an educated person.

The courts and commissions that have ruled are also considered to have educated people doing the judging.

......................................................
The courts and commissions “that have ruled” must be the ones involved in this political season. The U S Supreme court has ruled four times on what makes a Natural Born Citizen. Cruz and Rubio do not qualify. The constitution hasn’t changed. The Liberals who wish to destroy it, have gotten into the courts where they don’t belong. Cruz knows he is not eligible. he has said so himself. Now, he wants to ride the stupid factor to the White House.
I choose to vote for someone who has signed the FRONT of the Check his entire life, not the back of a government check like Cruz has always done.

Earlier you said they weren't educated. Now you are disagreeing as to facts, which is not the same as being uneducated.

Go to the devil. I have never said I wasn’t educated. My Ivy League education will outstrip many of the people here. My education is not only based on Formal education, but on Real life in which obviously you are caught on the short end of the stick.

The FACTS I have studied well. According to the Constitution and at least four decisions by the Supreme Court, Cruz is NOT a natural born citizen. Vattel is the source of the Article 2, Section 1, Clause 5 rule as to eligibility. It is NOT British common Law which pertained to “Subjects.” The Declaration of independence ended Americans being subjects “to the crown.”

We are, at this time, witnessing the outright theft of our country by the liberal trash with whom anything goes, the filthier and the most deranged, the better.

The FACT is that there must be an Article 5 Convention to change the meaning of Natural Born Citizen. Such a convention has never been called. It is not within the powers delegated by the Constitution to the Congress to make such a change.Fact!
