Every employee at the EPA that was involved with this matter should be fired from the lowest to the highest. They never had a case and they knew it, and they finally realized that the welder’s lawyers were in a position to wait them out. A court date was rapidly approaching and the EPA knew they were toast.

Congress passes the skeleton laws and then allows faceless, nameless bureaucrats that were never elected by anyone to actually make the laws in the form of regulations. What a mess we are in as a nation.

Absolutely. The absolute disregard for the welders property rights is worthy of jail time. The threats of 40k per day fines is worthy of more jail time. The green shirts are worse than the mob.
