It won’t be Kasich. Trump is already up in the OH polls against Hillary. He doesn’t need Kasich to win OH, thank goodness!

It is only the people that were never asked to be VP that tell the press that they will not take the position.

I'm actually not averse to Ben Carson getting the nod. IMO, the VEEP's main job is to help bring in votes in the general election. Back when Carson was in the race, the only Carson bumper stickers I saw on cars were driven by black people. Maybe much of Carson's appeal is to people of color? In a year in which the black vote will not be energized due to Hussein not running, maybe Carson can bring in votes for us?
I know some will say Carson is not fit to be president, but VEEPs rarely reach that office. All Biden has done for 8 years is hold Barack's weenie for him when he pees.

The Donald should announce that Monica Lewinsky is on his VP short list .... citing oval office experience as a qualifying factor. I’d love to see the low-life Clintons BS their way around this one.

Trump is already down to a short list. Those who didn't make the short list are going to be all over the airwaves saying they don't want it to begin with.
Purely a face-saving maneuver.

Okay, Kasich out.
Palin has governed, has a similar rogue mentality as Trump and let's face it, would be a prime candidate to be the first female President.
I'm voting for Palin again.
Trump/Palin 2016!

My mother does not want to be Trump’s running mate either. Of course no one asked her but to be clear she doesn’t want to do it although she supports him 100%.

Why would Trump want John Kasich? Kasich won ONE state and he never stopped talking about ‘when he was going to be President’... Guy’s delusional. Trump doesn’t want him... the American people didn’t want him either.

Intrigued that several possible contenders (though undesirable to me personally) are making flat out statements they don’t want a VP spot.
I’m looking at a common thread between these politicians being their backers.
Makes me think the establishment is still up to something anti-Trump.
