I was a manager in a medium sized agency in Sacramento. When I pointed out we had too may Asians, not whites (Asians were 10% of our force and 6% for the population, the director’s head exploded and I was branded a racist.
My first thought.....Obama musta blackmailed this school to invite Rice as speaker.

This act alone makes her a security risk.
God knows what she says at those ntl security meetings. But it makes you understand the global mess we’re in.

When they push race based quotas, it’s diversity. When you use the same logic to point out the need to rebalance the equation, you are a racist.
BTW, the second bullet should have been:
- An immediate DECREASE in the number of American Indians in the federal workforce (over represented by 1.0%)
The number of Asian Americans/Pacific Islanders is proportional. (4.9% in the federal workforce, 4.8 % of the population.)
