Then let’s start w/history rather than reparations. Slavery has been around more than 5000+ years, since the Akkadians, Persians, Egyptians; among other Ancients. It was common in Africa by the 6th century when some tribal type realized a buck could be made by selling prisoners of war, rather than killing them. All he needed was a transportation system.
