The Obama administration is planning to issue a sweeping decree telling every public school district in the country to allow transgender students to use the bathrooms that match their gender identity, the New York Times reported on Thursday.
The letter to school districts that will go out on Friday describing what they should do to ensure that none of their students are discriminated against is signed by officials of the Justice Department and Education Department, according to the Times.

What really makes me angry is that up here, you still have your money confiscated (51% of our property taxes go toward education) even if you remove your kids and home school or go private. The system is happy - they get your money and don’t have to do a thing for it.

The Texas republican convention is happening right now. There will be a vote on secession. There always is and it always fails. I pray to God this is the final straw.
I have a feeling lots of politicians from both parties are afraid to say anything for fear of what will be told on them.
These kids haven’t had sex reassignment surgery and if have, it’s child abuse.
The Justice Department is involved in this? Are they going to have bathroom police working all the bathrooms to insure that everyone gets to go wherever they want to?
And he and the out-of-control judges are determined to control every single part of our lives, including how bathrooms are used. Sick and perverted. Hillary would do the same. And Mike Lee is scared of Trump? Now there is somebody who needs to be Cantorized.
If he issued a decree to collect all firearms a huge majority of the local and state cops would cooperate. That’s the scary part.
I wonder if they’ll have to ban urinals now. A woman who thinks she’s a man must get very confused and depressed at the sight of a urinal... that’s a tragic situation that society must address immediately.
