There were a few other cars along interstate 10 in Alabama that had the same thing happen to them. I don’t believe they ever caught them.
we had that in soCal about 25 years ago. Large stones dropped off the overpass. Two deaths IIRC.
Once we were hit with a cinder block upon arrival in Trenton. It was swung from a bridge on a rope! It missed engineer’s windshield, I screamed “Tony, look out!”, hit the floor, nearly breaking my nose! Tony never flinched, controlling train into station smoothly. It was last week on the job, retiring after 50 years. To think stupid kids nearly took him out.
