Trump has to win or he certainly is going to go away. The man is 70 years old. In fact the same can be said about all the candidates: Hillary is old and probably sick, and Bernie is 74. Amazing that we have three baby boomers to choose from.
So was Reagan, so was Winston Churchill when he led Great Britain through the war, and Benjamin Franklin was 80 when he served on the Constitutional Convention. Age is not to be discounted. Age CAN bring wisdom to intelligent people. Young bucks have too often loud mouths and no experience.
I agree that Trump will go away if he does not win.. But Rubio and Cruz will too..

Disappointing too. I want to see veterans of the sand wars deal directly with people like Graham and McCain.
In this case, Trump's age is irrelevant. Trump is not looking for a career in politics. If he lost, that would be it. Trump is running because he truly believes that the problems facing this country are solvable and he has the ability to solve them. IMO, Trump is one of only a few in this race who cares more about that then furthering a political career. I'd put Dr. Ben Carson in that group as well. It's patriots vs. politicians.
