You are right. Purportedly, this ruling extends to locker rooms, so expect there to be individual shower rooms with locking doors installed everywhere (and imagine the hanky panky that will happen in those rooms).
But there is no gender equality until guys are permitted on girls’ sports teams and vice versa. At the college level, where scholarships are at stake, this could get very interesting.
Once the sanctity of Title IX is breached, there will be interesting consequences.
