It’s not really “fast food” but I have to give my local Steak and Shake store high marks in that regard.
Most of their staff is under 22. Whenever I walk in they are always happy, cheerful, and working their tails off.
You just don’t see that with a lot of young people these days.
A well run and happy store is always headed by competent and no-nonsense managers.
