Rush now says Cruz told him how shocked he was no one in Congress cared about issues or something... Cruz, if he said that, was posturing. He worked in govt for years. The fact Rush says this as a way to puff about Cruz is disturbing.
Hard to believe that degree of naivete considering his many years in government employ.
The sort of remark that Cruz is alleged to have made, is much more effective when made directly to the public. Using Limbaugh as the "Western Union messenger" just flat is counterproductive. It reduces the street cred of both Cruz and Limbaugh.
I dislike Rush more and more he talks. He needs to let go of Cruz. His constant mocking of Trump supporters is obnoxious.
