YES. Bruce is a man that is a cross-dresser, and will always be a man.
Very simple, men use mens bathrooms, women use womens. I do not care is Bruce Jenner is a transvestite or not, he is free so wear a dress and paint his toenails. He is a man, so stay out of the girls bathroom.
I'll make this simple: I don't think doctors should be allowed to sexually mutilate other human beings, including not being allowed to inject them with the hormones of the opposite sex, surgically alter the private parts of genetically normal males or females (XY or XX), or alter breast contours for purposes of opposite-sex impersonation.
In view of the fact that Jenner has kept his male bits, if he had been prevented by law from receiving female hormones, he would feel a lot less convincing in women's clothes and a lot more comfortable in the urinal room, and so would everyone else.
If this lunatic "gender" theory were not inducing people to believe complete nonsense, such as that it's possible to change one's sex (it isn't; DNA is permanent), then the rest of the nonsense like dressing as the opposite sex and states changing people's birth records or driver's licenses would not exist, either. So Bruce would not be acting out as a female, but would probably be seeking intensive therapy for his delusion.
