Boy that coronation for Hillary gets rockier every week. Meanwhile, Trump is reuniting the GOP after a tough primary battle, and from a political standpoint, he’ll be in far better shape going into Cleveland than Cankles will be when she’s probably still battling with Bernie all the way to Philly.

And to think for months we all thought it would be pure chaos in Cleveland. There could still be some shenanigans from Mitt and the Bush clan, but I think the NeverTrump forces are being overrun. If there is going to be a chaotic convention I think it just may be with the Democrats in Philadelphia. Bernie has got the lefty base all riled up and ready to war with Hillary. Hillary’s easy path to the nomination is going up in flames now.

It's all starting to sound like the run-up to the 1968 Democrat convention. The Sanders voters should start practicing reciting; "The Whole World Is Watching! The Whole World Is Watching!"

Even better, in 1968 Chicago newspaper columnist referred to Richard J. Daley as "The Great Dumpling" sitting and watching the protestors. I wonder what term of endearment somebody will invent for Hillary.

Candy from babies. She's making it look easy. Naturally this would be different if 64 Bernie delegates hadn't suddenly changed their party registration to Republican, which appears to have been a surprise to them. That's what I like about Hillary - she puts the "win" in "swindle".

This will, of course, result in Trump's "you were screwed, the system is rigged, vote for me" riposte. And it is likely to resonate. Although Bernie is the last person she wants on her slate, she may be forced to hand him the VP candidacy to stop the bleeding.
