Fed prison system rules, do not engage, be non confrontational. This leads to officer and staff assaults, serious assaults. Social justice making blacks not responsible for thier actions
The worst part of it is that like the banking crisis (in which loans made under pressure from the federal government to lend money to unqualified minorities were worthless) the same government punishes those it pushed into the business to start (remember banks were then fined for taking advantage of those same minorities?). If landlords and employers don’t protect their other tenants and employees from these superpredators, they will be (successfully) sued by the survivors of their violence...
