Nelson Mandela: CIA tip-off led to 1962 Durban arrest
BBC News ^ | May 15, 2016

Nelson Mandela's arrest in 1962 came as a result of a tip-off from an agent of the US Central Intelligence Agency (CIA), a report says.

The revelations, made in the Sunday Times newspaper, are based on an interview with ex-CIA agent Donald Rickard shortly before he died.

Mandela served 27 years in jail for resisting white minority rule before being released in 1990.

He was subsequently elected as South Africa's first black president.

Rickard, who died earlier this year, was never formally associated with the CIA but worked as a diplomat in South Africa before retiring in the late 70s.

Yes, and the CIA was not under his control on any practical level in ‘62. The next year they killed him through their Cuban mercenaries.

I know many disagree. But 4 weeks after JFK was murdered, Truman published this Op-Ed. Back then ex-Presidents didn’t interfere. JFK is killed and Truman rushes to get this opinion piece out.
That about says it all.

Oh gosh....Mae Brussell, I haven’t heard that name in years. Used to listen to her in the Bay Area back in the early 70s...There were a few other characters that broadcast in the same vein back then too....their names escape me for the moment.

The Company played a role in the demise of Che as well.

It facilitated the taking out of the trash.

Of course, thanks to the Sheeple, the Company is now under new management:

That’s a rather simplified explanation of why Mandela was jailed.

In 1962, Mandela was a rebel, a terrorist actually with several shootings or bombings to his “credit” ...

He became “effective” only BECAUSE of his long prison terms!

The separation between the realty terrorist and the media darling. The CIA did not charge and sent in to Mandela. His peers decided by was guilty.

Mandela was a COMMUNIST. It would have been better for the world if he had died in prison.

The fact is that the Apartheid Government was a liberal leftist government. Apartheid was the result of the Labor Unions wanting to protect “White jobs for a white South Africa”. The route of Apartheid was taken to save off the Communists from getting power. The ANC has simply changed the tune to “Black jobs for a black South Africa”. What remains constant is the lack of respect for individual rights, that is Group Rights over Individual Rights, a hallmark of leftists everywhere.

Mandela was wanted for the bombing of a school bus filled with children. This is why he was sent to prison.

Mandela gave the orders that killed many noncombatant white women and children.

For those crimes he should have been necklaced.

Fidel also helped in Che’s demise, he got rid of a rival and got a martyr for the Revolution in one-fell swoop.

Reagan was correct to support Chief Buthelezi over Mandela.
