The Democratic Party’s Evolving Racism Toward Blacks

Democrats continue their 200-year tradition of setting low standards for African Americans.

In a recent American Thinker article (The Secret Racist History of the Democratic Party), Kimberly Bloom Jackson made the case that the Democrats were the party of racists. She presents concrete examples from the 19th and early 20th centuries. This is a relatively straightforward case to make and Democrats will usually acknowledge their racist heritage. They insist, however, that the two parties switched places in the 1960s: Democrats are now the champions of African Americans, while Republicans are the racists. This article makes the case that no such switch occurred.

The Democrats have been consistent in the 20th and now 21st Century in “keeping the black man down”, to the point where the current doctrine is one of “guided self-genocide” for blacks. That is, both providing for and encouraging self destruction, and advocating such behavior.

Noam Chomsky is personally responsible of destroying the educational advance of millions of blacks, condemning them to lives of ignorance and poverty. He did this by creating “whole language” English instruction, that does not work. And denied literacy, blacks went from almost an educational par with whites into the 1950s, even in segregated schools, to illiterate and uneducated just two decades later.

The left has systematically destroyed the idea of marriage among blacks, encouraging blacks to seek immediate gratification instead of having nuclear families, though children raised by single parents (all races) are 60% more likely to become criminal offenders. 72% of black children are now illegitimate.

The author also pointed out the ease by which black women can abort their children. In NYC alone, every year now, some 38,000 black babies are killed this way. Nationwide this has devastating effects on black demographics.

In short, slave-descended blacks are a dying race. The immigrant black Africans taking their place do not share in their cultural cancer, and personally shun American blacks because of their behavior.

And the Democrat party is singularly to blame for this.

The claim is that all of the racists in the democrat party left for the GOP when the democrats embraced civil rights, but the fact is that even in the south those democrats on the state and local level remained faithful to the party for another 30-40 years. Those racists toned down the rhetoric, but they never left the party unless the political winds shifted in favor of the republicans. If you could hear white democrats when there are no black people around, you will see that many of the racists never left.

Democrats never ‘switched’... all the old racist democrats stayed democrat except Lester Maddox.

Byrd never became a Republican - either did Bull Conner or George Wallace. Or Hollings or any of ‘em.

Today the same tactics democrats used against blacks in the Jim Crow days are the same ones they use against traditional Americans today.. And the Press? The press was as racists as the democrat party in the old days... and when dems switched who they were going to hate - the press went right along with it.
