The lack of a resolution leaves the government able for now to ensure that women covered by faith-based groups’ health plans have access to cost-free contraceptives.

Probably they determined it would have been a 4-4 tie vote.

This action puts off a future Supreme Court ruling until they have 9 justices again.

And if Hillary is elected pres. ,her Supreme Court nominee will make it a 5-4 win for the liberals.

Break out your wallets, Little Sisters.

You’re gonna be buying rounds of the pill and IUD’s for everyone.

I’m a little surprised that the DemocRats didn’t “find” a few more votes.

They didn’t, so they just drag out the process until they can. A la Florida, 2000.

Little Johnny Roberts strikes again. Boo Hoo, don’t do anything that might offend YOUR lord and master. What a waste - of a mind, of an education and a life.

Heh. No, they're not. Ever. Instead, they would cheerfully minister to the elderly in prisons--from inside the bars. Women of steel.

For the Catholic Church the choice could not be more clear.

If they want to maintain their ethical position on this, it is all going to hinge on who appoints the next justice to SCOTUS. There is only one way to preserve their principles.

They pretty much HAVE to tell Catholics that it’s their religious duty to vote for Trump.

Yeah. Don’t hold your breath.

Clever....I’m betting the sink that the women were the instigators of this non-action.

As a tax-exempt institution, they're not allowed to do that. Unless they're a Baptist denomination with a black congregation where Al Sharpton has visited--and if the instruction is to vote for the Democrat.

I think that last part is in the fine print somewhere.

Does zerOcare have a definition of woman’s access to contraceptives that does not preclude someone who feels like a woman?
