I only know there was a check on the WH vid tapes and there is NO footage of Foster driving his car off the WH grounds.
There is also no footage of anyone ELSE driving his car off the grounds.
Note that his car —I think it was an ordinary Japanese import sedan (likely Camry or Accord) was found at Fort Marcey Park.

Eh...the PP also did NO check of VF’s trunk carpeting, which is TOTALLY SOP for a body discovered covered in carpet fibers.
There are at least 50 obvious, concise things that totally stink about this case, but which I can’t remember right now.
Another dark aspect is that the Sacramento Legal guy that the DOJ brought out to work on the VF case got followed, his car smashed up a little, and a letter arrived at his office which basically said, “stop investigating or we’ll kill you”.

Witness in Ft Marcy Park, Patrick Knowlton said that there was an older model brown Honda with Arkansas plates and not the silver blue later model Honda that Foster owned. He thought the brown car looked a little shabby to be a lawyers car. According to him the FBI tried to ‘persuade’ him to say that it was Foster’s silver car he saw in the Park. Its in the video there at the weblink.

I know of no evidence that "there was a check on the WH vid tapes" but it seems apparent that if the WH had evidence of Foster driving his car off the grounds, they would have put it all over the media because it would have supported the "suicide-in-the-park" theory.
Furthermore, there was no evidence that Foster's car ever arrived on the White House grounds that morning. In other words, the Foster car, which had an assigned White House parking space, was never on the White House grounds that entire day!
Yet Foster himself was seen in and around the building. The last official sighting of Vince Foster alive was by the Secret Service as he exited the White House on foot.
