A 220 pound pissed off guy charging you full steam to harm you is hardly defenseless. Or an innocent victim.
Fists are a proven deadly weapon. The whole “unarmed” shtick is tiresome. It is a blatant attempt to propogandize the issue. As I like to say every time I come across “unarmed black man” in the media, “drink!”
Ridicule this nonsense. Until black on black killings are something even close to white murder rates, there would appear to be sound reasons for greater numbers of black encounters with law enforcement, to include uses of deadly force. While we need to appropriately deal with unjustified use of force, we need to not put police lives in danger by making them afraid of lawfare used for political reasons, as our current JustUs Department has a record of doing.
