The real facts behind violence in the black community is that government intrusion has removed fathers from the family.
Fathers have been removed from the family by welfare , EBT cards, and the courts criminal justice division.
Why is it that blacks represent only 13% of the population, and assuming that 1/2 of the blacks are female, why does that 6 1/2 % create so much violence in their own community ? There is no "adult role modeling", especially among black males, so they get their role models from Hollywood movies, FarceBook,'hip-hop', DVD's, cartels, and TV programming.
What else could you expect without adequate adult role models ?

It's interesting that the blacks in this country have a high rate of violent crime and the blacks in Africa also are very violent.
