Speaking of Merkel, I watched this German comedy on Netflix called “Look Who’s Back”. The premise is that Hitler somehow time traveled to modern day Germany, and is walking around seeing the current state of things, all through the lens of his same old ideology, but everyone thinks he is just an actor or comedian.
Anyway, when he finds out about Merkel, he laments that his dear Germany is being led by “a chunky woman with all the confidence and charisma of a weeping willow”, which is pretty spot on.
Think about it. You know the current crop of young Americans, all those limp-wristed Bernie voters who are so scared of offending everyone and can’t deal with contrary opinions?
Well, they were produced by the kind of conditioning that Germans have been subjected to ever since WWII. In America, it’s only been done to one generation of kids, but in Germany, there’s like three generations of people who underwent similar treatment, so they’re naturally not going to be keen for confrontations with these invaders.
Ironically, the former East Germans are in better shape, because only the latest generation has been subjected to Western liberal guilt conditioning, while their parents and grandparents escaped it by living under the Communists (and a whole different kind of conditioning). They’re in the minority though.
