A shocking editorial in the Charlotte Observer counseled young girls to get over the "discomfort" they feel at the sight of male genitalia when transgender facilities are allowed in North Carolina. The newspaper assumes the law will eventually be repealed or declared illegal. While that may or may not happen any time soon, it is the justification for this position used by the Observer that reveals the true nature of this battle of the bathroom. I bet if your Dad was alive he wouldn’t be complaining about it. But that was a different generation, where Men were actually men and acted like it.
Many people have been arrested for exposing themselves over the years, but now they want it legitimized. This is unbelievable to me. It really feels like we are living in some kind of weird, nasty dream. It’s truly hard to believe that all of this is real.
I just said that very thing to my son.
