An important resolution in the Louisiana House of Representatives has been authored by Rep. Barry Ivey.
Actually, there are two identical resolutions, one a House resolution and one a House Concurrent Resolution, which would also go over to the Senate.
These resolutions call on law enforcement agencies and government entities in the state of Louisiana to to avoid and suspend contacts and outreach activities with the Council on American Islamic Relations (CAIR).
As the resolution language notes, CAIR has been identified as a Muslim Brotherhood front group and an un-indicted co-conspirator in the largest terrorism financing prosecution in US history and multiple prominent employees and members of CAIR have been convicted on terrorism charges. As a result, the FBI suspended all contact with CAIR years ago.
Despite this, CAIR has an active outreach effort to law enforcement. Law enforcement must be forewarned!
This groundbreaking resolution is the first of its kind in America.
The numbers for the resolution are:
HR170 and HCR131

Both versions have been assigned to the House Judiciary Committee.
With the legislative session winding down, we need State Representatives in Louisiana to know that there is popular support for these resolutions.
We need you to do three things TODAY:
1. Contact your state representative and ask him/her to support HR170 and HCR131.

2. Contact the members of the House Judiciary Committee and ask them to vote in favor of HR170 and HCR131.

3. Forward this message to any and all of your contacts to spread the word!
Awesome.
Excellent!
Fantastic!
