Washington (CNN)A suspect who allegedly opened fire on the White House complex Friday afternoon is down and in custody, according to a law enforcement source.

Did find out from the Daily Mail Online that he said as he walked up to the Secret Service that he “wanted to die”. He’s a 30 year-old guy from a high unemployment rural area.
