“Diversity” is also another word for “substandard”, since qualified non-whites would already be doing the jobs if they could. My job has become a lot easier since the company promoted some “substandards” for window-dressing (and probably legal) purposes; I’ve been working like a woman for years and nobody can do a damned thing about it...
