He has apparently battled with gender confusion and has figured out that there is indeed a difference between men and women....and they are significant.
It is a mental illness to not accept what you see when you look in your underwear.

My thought is that this is being orchestrated by FLOTUS Moochel. Think of the school lunch program on steroids. Sure, she’s using Barry’s political machinery, but this is something personal with her.

I suspect that some of this mental illness / indoctrination has to do with LGBT activist bullying.

The states have never delegated to the feds, expressly via the Constitution, the specific power to address sex-related issues outside the scope of voting rights evidenced by the 19th Amendment.
But corrupt Congress is letting Obama get away with such things because Congress undoubtedly knows that most voters don't understand the federal government’s constitutionally limited powers anymore.

Great post and great comment! For 7 years, I was a US Fed Gov contractor at a Fed facility and for 7 years, I used a non-gender assigned bathroom with four stalls and three urinals. This was to accommodate ONE gender dysphoria “Klinger” man in a wig who wasn’t even the least bit friendly. Anyway, there was a deadbolt on the door and us guys and our women associates managed just fine. Aside from that, I only saw the big jerk use that bathroom a dozen times over 84 months. Jerk.
When fluid genders become the norm, then what?
The only reason I can come up with for Obama’s actions is, after all these years, he and Michelle still have not yet decided what gender they want to be.
