The states have never delegated to the feds, expressly via the Constitution, the specific power to address sex-related issues outside the scope of voting rights evidenced by the 19th Amendment.

But corrupt Congress is letting Obama get away with such things because Congress undoubtedly knows that most voters don't understand the federal government’s constitutionally limited powers anymore.

I’ve been thinking . . . Democrats (in and out of the propaganda arm called “the media”) mystify the Constitution as if it were a long, impenetrable document rather than being, even with the first ten amendments, a matter of a relatively few pages.

IMHO Republicans should make a point of how accessible the Constitution actually is. And should try to embarrass journalists who insinuate that it is nothing but a bunch of technicalities.
